Cancellation & Refund Policy

Candy Pop Ranch provides tours, excursions and private transfers in Puerto Plata and across the Dominican Republic. This document forms part of our service agreement with customers.

General policy

Cancellation terms may vary by tour, transfer route, season and provider. The applicable cancellation window will be displayed during online booking or confirmed in writing by our team before service begins.

Free cancellation

When a service qualifies for free cancellation, it must be requested before the deadline shown in your confirmation. Late cancellation requests may be treated as no-shows.

No-shows and late arrivals

Failure to appear at the confirmed pickup point, significant delays without prior notice, or incorrect pickup details provided by the customer may be charged as a completed service without refund.

Weather and safety

If a tour or transfer cannot operate safely due to weather, road conditions or official restrictions, Candy Pop Ranch may reschedule, offer an alternative experience or provide a refund according to the confirmed booking terms.

Cruise and flight delays

For transfers and shore excursions, customers must notify us immediately of ship or flight changes. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust service, but additional charges may apply for extended waiting time.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on banks and payment providers.
