Candy Pop Ranch provides tours, excursions and private transfers in Puerto Plata and across the Dominican Republic. This document forms part of our service agreement with customers.

Agreement

By booking a tour or transfer with Candy Pop Ranch, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Booking Policy and Cancellation Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, including consumer protection principles under Law 358-05 when applicable to tourism and transportation services.

Services

We provide guided tours, shore excursions, hotel pickup experiences and private transfers. Service descriptions, durations, inclusions and prices are shown on our website or confirmed at booking. Minor variations may occur due to weather, traffic, port schedules or safety requirements.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate reservation details, arrive on time at the confirmed pickup point, follow guide and driver instructions, comply with safety rules, and ensure minors are supervised by a responsible adult.

Pricing and payments

Prices may be shown in USD or local currency as indicated during booking. Payment options may include PayPal, credit card or payment to the driver on arrival, depending on the service. Additional fees for waiting time, extra stops or route changes may apply if agreed in advance.

Itinerary changes

Candy Pop Ranch may modify routes, timing or vehicle type when necessary for safety, weather, road conditions, cruise schedules or operational reasons. Equivalent alternatives will be offered when possible.

Liability

Participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks. Customers join tours and transfers at their own responsibility within reasonable safety standards provided by our team. Candy Pop Ranch is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures or incorrect pickup information provided by the customer.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for abusive behavior, intoxication, failure to follow safety instructions or actions that endanger staff or other guests, without refund when the customer is at fault.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, photos and materials belong to Candy Pop Ranch or licensed partners and may not be copied without permission.

Disputes

Disputes shall first be addressed through customer service. If unresolved, competent courts in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
